Tipper trailers

We are proud to produce a highly versatile and durable range of tipping trailers that are built to work hard in almost any kind of environment.

Designed to tackle heavy workloads in all types of applications, we manufacture our tipper trailers in a variety of sizes and specifications, and only ever use 100% Australian steel. They are ideal for work in earthworks, excavation, building or landscaping work, and can be fitted with a variety of features so that they are customised to meet your specific worksite needs.

Our Adelaide tipper trailer features

As standard, our tipping trailers are fitted with a telescopic 4 stage, 4,500 kg rated hydraulic cylinder, 12v hydraulic power unit and Supercharge D50Z 80ah deep cycle battery.

In addition, they are designed and constructed to be as robust and durable as possible, which is why we incorporate a 100x50x3mm RHS drawbar and a 50mm override tow coupling (2,000kg rated).

Other standard features on our tippers include 7 leaf eye-slipper springs suspension, solid 45mm square premium 1045 grade steel axles, and mechanical disc brakes and calipers.

Upgrades and accessories for tipper trailers

We understand how important it is for a tipping trailer to meet your precise workplace needs, and that you might need specifications beyond the standard.

As we design and manufacture all of our trailers in-house at our Adelaide workshop, we can incorporate a range of features, accessories and upgrades so that your tipper trailer is set up precisely as you need it.

Tilt car trailers

We specialise in designing and manufacturing a range of hydraulic tilt car trailers that make it safer, quicker and easier to transport cars, plant and heavy machinery.

The current range includes 16 x 6.4, 18 x 6.4 and 20 x 6.4 tilt car trailers, fitted with features that offer exceptional durability and value for money, such as a 3 x 1.5 27” 6,000 kg rated double acting hydraulic cylinder, powered by a 12v hydraulic power unit and supercharge D50Z 80ah deep cycle battery.

In addition, our car tipping trailers are designed so that they trailer tray tilts up and the rear is lowered to the ground level. This makes it easy for loading cars, heavy plant and equipment without any winding or physical raising or lowering of the trailer required.

Our car tilt trailers can be upgraded to 2,800 kg, 3,200 kg, 3,500 kg or 4,500 kg ATM so that even the heaviest vehicles and plant can be towed safely, and we design and build both tandem and tri-axle versions.

Tipper mower trailers

We design and manufacture 8x5, 10x5 and 10x6 mower tipper trailers that are 4,500 kg rated, and feature a telescopic 4 stage hydraulic cylinder, as well as a 12v hydraulic power unit and supercharge D50Z 80ah deep cycle battery.

Strong and versatile, our mower tipping trailers can be used for carting loose loads, such as sand, rubble, soil, grain, aggregate, lawn clippings or garden waste. They can also be customised to include a variety of special features, upgrades and accessories, such as a full length side toolbox, an enclosed mower box, rear mesh barn doors, top tie rails and much more.

Heavy duty tipping trailers

We produce a range of heavy duty trailers designed for use across all types of hard working applications.

Our 10x5 tandem axle hydraulic tipper trailer is rated at 3,500 kg ATM and is designed to carry plant, machinery and other heavy loads. It features a multistage hydraulic lift and double swing tailgate, as well as:

  • 9 leaf rocker roller springs suspension (4,000 kg rated)
  • Solid 50 mm square premium 1045 grade steel axles (each 2,000 kg rated)
  • 4 wheel 12” electric brakes
  • 245/75 all-terrain tyres fitted to 16” black steel rims
  • Double swing tailgate

The Basic Trailers 12x6 tri-axle hydraulic tipper trailer has a 4,500 kg ATM and is packed with features that help to make working life more efficient and productive, including:

  • 7 leaf rocker roller springs suspension (4,500 kg rated)
  • Solid 50 mm square premium 1045 grade steel axles (each 1,600 kg rated)
  • 4 wheel 10” electric brakes
  • 245/75 all-terrain tyres fitted to 16” black steel rims
  • Multistage hydraulic ram with 12V HPU deep cycle battery
  • Double swing tailgate
